Service Description of the service
General practitioner’s /physician’s initial consultation Before the initial visit to the doctor a questionnaire is sent to the patient. The questionnaire is evaluated later on during the consultation together with patient's medical history, objective body organ system assessment and cardiovascular, oncology and osteoporosis risk estimation.

Electrocardiogram with 12 leads reading, description (ECG) Widely applied heart examination technique at rest which can diagnose myocardial infarction, inflammation, conduction abnormalities and changes in cardiac functions.
Doppler-echocardiographic examination 3D/4D 4D examination allows to assess better all structure and functions of the heart, get the information about valve damages, growths, etc., showing the volume in real-time unit.
Cardiopulmonary stress test without lactate determination

Final Internist/General Practitioner Consultation Evaluation and summary of laboratory and diagnostic findings, if possible, establishing diagnosis. Recommendations. In case of abnormal findings referral to additional laboratory and diagnostic examinations, drafting of treatment plan.
MRI of the entire body without contrast ***** MRI 1, 5 T of the entire body (with conclusions of three radiologists-diagnosticians specialising in different fields)

The results of sexually transmitted disease panel are known during 24-48 h

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examination should not be performed on patients with claustrophobia, implanted pacemaker (ESA) or cardioverter (ICD), metallic implants, metal chips, mechanical prosthetic heart valves, metallic ear implants, chemotherapy or insulin pumps or other metallic objects in the body. During the first visit to the Internist/General Practitioner it is possible to add medical consultations and examinations that are not included in this health check program for an additional charge according to Doctor’s advice or client’s wishes. See Price List >>
